Dr Gail Jamieson

Dr. Gail Jamieson is a dedicated geriatrician with over 20 years of experience in the field. Initially trained in acute geriatric medicine, she has since devoted her consultancy to providing comprehensive specialist care within the community. Dr. Jamieson prioritises active listening, empathy, effective communication, and education to deliver quality patient-centred care. As a strong patient advocate, she is passionate about fostering a society where older persons live well and are valued as integral members.

Dr. Jamieson is an active member of the Australian and New Zealand Society for Geriatric Medicine (ANZSGM) and is part of the Out of Hospital Special Interest Group. She regularly participates in education sessions held by Dementia Australia to support to patients and carers.
