Family & Next of Kin Geriatrician Appointments

We encourage family and next of kin to attend appointments with patient consent. However we realise that this may not be possible so Geriatric Care Australia (GCA) geriatricians can provide patient family and next of kin appointments with the consulting geriatrician. As this service is not reimbursable via Medicare, GCA charges an upfront fee for these appointments.

Patient consent must be obtained prior to any appointment. Once consent is obtained, complete the below payment form and the GCA Care Coordination Team will reach out within 3 business days to schedule a time for the consulting geriatrician to call.
