A Geriatrician conducts a comprehensive review of a patient’s physical and mental health while providing multidisciplinary treatment strategies to promote the wellbeing and quality of life of older Australians. Services available in-person and via telehealth.

General Practitioner (GP) Aged Care Services

A GP provides comprehensive, patient-centred care in aged care facilities in-person and via telehealth. They work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to manage chronic conditions, optimise medications, and support proactive health planning.
